The Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service is for learners who works in, or who wants to work in customer service roles such as: customer service supervisor, customer relationship manager, customer service team leader and client services Officer events coordinator.
Entry Requirement Level 1 English
Learners do not need any prior qualifications, knowledge or experience before starting the qualification, however they may be seeking work within the Customer Service Sector.
Duration of the Course and Delivery
A minimum of 42 credits are required. Learners must achieve all 12 credits from the two mandatory units. 30 credits be achieved by completing a minimum of one unit from each of the four option groups; at least 10 of these 30 credits must be at Level 3.

Learners can progress to the Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service. Alternatively learners could choose to progress to management qualifications at Level 3, including: Level 3 Diploma in Management or Level 3 Certificate in Management Principles
Achieving this qualification also gives learners the opportunity to progress to job roles that require a more complex set of skills and responsibility including leading and managing, for example, *Service Delivery Manager *Client Services Manager or Customer Operations Manager.
